Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website http://www.joanneevansart.com operated by Joanne Evans Art and Design ("us", "we", or "our"). By using this web site you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PURCHASES

All prices listed on the website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We accept online payments using PayPal through the Wix Payments gateway. For alternative payment and/or shipping options please email us at jo@joanneevansart.com.

SHIPPING

Full payment of goods and shipping is to be received before goods are shipped.

Original Art

All original artwork is couriered using track and trace and has a 3-10 working day estimated delivery time. Note that Rural deliveries and International deliveries will sometimes take longer.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Once dispatched we will email a dispatch notification.

Art Products

Art products (including art prints, fabric, wallpaper and home decor products) are supplied via drop-shipping companies that fulfil purchases to order and ship globally. Refer to individual companies for their policies.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

It is hugely important to us that you love your original artwork you have chosen to purchase from Joanne Evans Art and Design.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to explain your concerns. Commissioned, personalised, or bespoke items are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit or supplied with errors caused by our negligence.

We do our best to protect your investment; however, should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at jo@joanneevansart.com.
